Information we collect
- Account information, including your email address and authentication records.
- Buyer-profile information you provide, such as financial ranges, goals, experience, preferences, and readiness.
- Opportunity information you enter about businesses you are evaluating.
- Subscription and billing status. Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe and are not stored by HermesIQ.
- Basic usage, performance, security, and diagnostic information used to operate and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to operate the service, calculate and display educational estimates, maintain saved analyses, authenticate accounts, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and understand product performance. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
HermesIQ relies on service providers including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for subscription billing, and Vercel for hosting, analytics, and performance monitoring. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and security
Information is retained while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, billing, and operational purposes. HermesIQ uses access controls and encrypted connections, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update your sign-in email, password, Buyer Profile, and opportunities inside your account. Email changes may require confirmation through your current and new email addresses. You may cancel a subscription without deleting the account. Requests concerning access, correction, or deletion will be handled through the official support contact published by HermesIQ.
Children
HermesIQ is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The updated date above will identify the current version.
This policy is a launch-readiness draft and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before a broad public launch.
