HermesIQ provides educational tools that help users organize acquisition goals, estimate possible purchasing ranges, and evaluate information they enter about potential businesses. Outputs are estimates and decision-support materials, not promises or guarantees.

No professional advice

HermesIQ does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending, valuation, brokerage, or fiduciary advice. You are responsible for obtaining independent professional advice and conducting complete financial, legal, operational, and commercial due diligence before acting on any opportunity.

Your account and information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, providing information you have the right to use, and keeping submitted information accurate. You may not use HermesIQ to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with the service, probe security, or misrepresent an identity or transaction.

Subscriptions

Paid features, trial timing, renewal terms, and prices are displayed before checkout. Subscriptions may be managed through the Account area. The separate cancellation and refund policy forms part of these terms.

Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep HermesIQ available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every output will be complete or error-free.

Ownership

HermesIQ and its software, branding, interface, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in information you submit and grant HermesIQ permission to process it solely to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Limitation of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HermesIQ is not responsible for acquisition decisions, lost profits, financing outcomes, third-party conduct, or indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. HermesIQ may restrict or terminate access for material violations, abuse, security risk, or legal necessity.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably required, and the updated date above will identify the current version.
